I have a question about the templates we use for printing. Do most people have them located on a shared drive? We currently have them on the C drive on each machine and find ourselves spending time making sure we're all using the same version of the templates. I had asked our IT person about putting them on a shared drive but he was not comfortable with our doing so--I think he mumbled something about security but I couldn't really get a good grasp as to why he thought it would be a problem.
