Problems logging in to ILLiad 7.4 WebReporter?

Since upgrading to 7.4, we're unable to log into the ILLiad WebReporter interface.

We just keep getting a message that:

" Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again. "

I'm pretty much running out of ideas.

Anyone run into anything similar after upgrading to 7.4?

Hi Wade,

There’s a variety of things that could be causing this. First, you’ll want to look in the User Manager to make sure your staff logon name has access to the web reports. You can also try the WebCirc component to see if that works, they use the same components.

You also might want confer with your web server administrator. During your 7.4 upgrades, the new web reports would have been installed in the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ILLiad\WebReports directory on the server and their functionality require that .NET 2.0 and/or the AJAX extensions to be installed correctly on server.

If these don’t help, the server admin may need to look into way the server permissions are configured. You’ll probably want to consult OCLC Customer Support if you need to dig this deep into the problem.

Also the URL should look something like this by default:
http://servername/ILLiad/WebReports/default.aspx (where "servername" is the name of your ILLiad server)
