WCRS Perfect Storm

The events which unfolded during the first half of February 2009 experienced both by users of WorldCat Resource Sharing and ILLiad, have been coined within OCLC as the Perfect Storm. As a result, OCLC Delivery Services Product Management had to ask our Production Operations staff to take the system offline in order to roll back to a January 31st version of the system.
